Considering the international cooperation in the fight against crime as an 
important field of relations between the states, 
it is clear that all the issues and details linked 
with it have to be regulated clearly. States usually sign the different agreements among them 
to be able to regulate such issues. And all this 
agreements, conventions and other types of the 
legal acts regulating the relations between states 
linked with the international cooperation against 
the crimes are forming the legal basis of international cooperation in the fight against crime. 
The main role in the list of such sources plays 
the conventions and other documents adopted 
by the United Nations Organization.
