Dadashov Emin Teyyub-CIVIL-LEGAL REGIME OF REAL ESTATE IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN, THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND TURKMENISTAN

Real estate is the subject of constant attention of legal science. Constitutional

guarantees of the rights of the owner, principles
of unity of economic space, freedom of movement of goods, services and financial resources,
support of competition and freedom of economic
activity cannot be realized otherwise than by affirming in state activity, judicial practice, everyday life of people the fundamental ideas of private law, crystallized over millennia.
The fundamental principles of civil legislation, which essentially rise to the level of the
dominant private law principles, are ensured not
only by their legal status, but also by the guaranteed, strong right of ownership, stable, confident
and protected property possession of real estate
by the participants in property relations.
