As the source of power in a legal state is
the people, the state receives its power from the people accordingly. This power received from the people as an obligation should
be used in turn for the benefit of the people, to
ensure that their interests and rights are not violated. Thus, the comfortable lifestyle and wellbeing of citizens depends on the correct and efficient work of state bodies. Even though effective
operating conditions are created for administrative bodies in a legal state with administrative
law, the expected result is the establishment of
an efficient and transparent management system
for the benefit of citizens.
