ON AZERBAIJANI AND TURKISH LEGISLATION
Insurance relations, as an integral part of modern legal and economic systems, play an important role in managing risks, maintaining financial stability, and regulating legal relationships between the parties. The insurance contract, which is the primary legal instrument of these relations, constitutes the legal basis of insurance activity. Against the background of the deepening processes of globalization and regional economic integration, the formation and application of insurance law within the framework of national legislation are of particular relevance from a scientific and legal point of view.
