In a modern state governed by the rule of law, ensuring the legality of the activities of administrative bodies and the effective protection of individuals’ rights and legitimate interests is of significant importance. The judicial resolution of disputes arising in administrative legal relations is one of the main means of ensuring the rule of law. In this regard, mechanisms for reviewing the legality of decisions adopted in administrative judicial proceedings are of particular importance. Among these mechanisms, the activity of the court of cassation occupies an important place.
